Schmidt Family Dentistry's top priority is to provide the highest quality of dental treatment. We provide a calm, friendly atmosphere for your comfort and will strive to ensure that your entire dental experience is a positive one. We utilize the latest technology in dentistry to help accomplish our goals: intra-oral cameras, digital radiography and televisions in each operatory. We also strive to ensure that each patient will receive the most effective and comprehensive care possible. We recognize every patient has individual needs and will customize your treatment to satisfy those needs. We pride ourselves in delivering courteous service to every patient that comes into our practice.


Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.


To better serve the needs of our patients, you will now be reminded of your next appointment by our new personalized appointment reminder system, HouseCalls. HouseCalls is a digital voice system that allows us to help you keep up with that busy schedule and to keep your dental treatment on track! Please be sure to let our staff know if there is a change in your phone number.


With the communication needs of our dental practice growing more complex each day, we want to provide efficient and effective ways to stay better connected with our patients. We offer T.Link, a web based inquiry solution that allows patients to check appointment times and account balances online! T.Link is the most comprehensive online communication tool available allowing you to make secure bank draft or credit card payments over the web, as well as conveniently retrieve information regarding your account from the convenience of your home, 24 hours a day. T.Link also offers patients the convenience of making an after-hours emergency call so one of our team members can respond quickly.


Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
